Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice Course - BC Fall 2026

Multiple Sessions Between September 2026 & May 2027; combination of In-Person, Virtual (Zoom), and Self-Guided Modules

Description

The Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice Course is the final course in the AIM Program, replacing the former Level 4 and Level 5 courses. It is built around the four pillars of advanced-level practice — clinical practice, leadership, education, and research — and develops the advanced clinical reasoning and technical skills required to assess and manage complex musculoskeletal conditions.  The course combines eight days of in-person learning across two intensive blocks with monthly live online sessions, and guided self-study modules. Formative assessment runs throughout, and the course concludes with a summative multiple-choice exam and clinical reasoning assessment. Successful completion supports progression toward Advanced Credentialing and FCAMPT certification, with the Advanced Practical Examination held externally in November.
