Course Description:
EC & EC, Ève Chaput & Erin Cox, the dynamic duo. One from the east, one from the west. One francophone, one anglophone. One very flexible, one not so much (one of us is a former dancer). With a background in teaching, research and over 35 years clinical experience working with temporomandibular disorders (TMD), Ève & Erin joined forces to create a successful, innovative, and up-to-date course for the evaluation and treatment of TMD.
This 14-credit hour course is aimed at physiotherapists seeking evaluation and treatment tools which will allow them to manage temporomandibular disorders (TMD). The material being taught is based on the latest evidence as well as the clinical experience of the instructors. The theoretical aspects will be presented ensuring more than enough time to practice in so participants can feel confident in their selection and application of these techniques in their everyday practice. Everything will be tied together using case histories with a practical component to optimize immediate integration of what has been learned.
